Why should I shop at Jane & Jo Goods instead of Target, Walmart or Amazon?

At Jane & Jo Goods we offer products that can help you reduce your waste and live a minimalist and eco-conscious lifestyle. We ship all of our orders with recycled and compostable materials. By choosing to shop with us rather than a faceless corporation, you are supporting a small, womxn and LGBT+ owned business - and we really care about our affect on the environment and in our community (unlike our corporate competitors who only care about more money in their pockets).

How are your products better than what I can find other places?

Many of our products are sourced from other small sustainable businesses, so by supporting Jane & Jo Goods, you are also supporting dozens of other businesses that care about our mission! In addition, many of our products are handcrafted with care - something you won't find at Walmart! At Jane & Jo Goods all of our products are 100% vegan, meaning no animals were harmed in the process of creating, testing, or selling our products. Plus they're made with love!

What makes your shipping more sustainable?

We partner with EcoEnclose, a sustainable shipping material alternative.

Each of their shipping materials use recycled, recyclable and naturally biodegradable packaging, which aligns with our mission to keep our business as sustainable as possible.

Why do you sell only vegan products in your shop?

Being vegan means that no animals are harmed or exploited in the process of getting our products to you. As vegans ourselves, we recognize the impact that it can make on the environment and on our health. Veganism helps the environment by limiting greenhouse gas emissions, deforestation and soil degradation associated with raising livestock. This means slowing the effects of climate change and creating a healthier planet for us to share. This is a big deal to us, and we want to share that with you - whether you are vegan or not.

What is your return policy?

We take time to make sure that what we are sending you leaves our hands in the best possible condition, but sometimes things happen in transit. If there is something wrong, please email us a picture of the issue at janeandjo.goods@gmail.com. We can discuss options from there, but our ideal refunds would be either sending a replacement product, or offering you a gift card to our shop for the amount of the product back so you can buy something else.

Where can I find Jane & Jo Goods in person?

For now, we live online where you can shop with us 24/7! Once Farmer's Market season starts back up, however, we plan to jump on board around the Phoenix Metro area! Make sure to keep a look out for our posts and check out our calendar.
